Of course. Just because we decided on a different person for a particular vacancy doesn’t mean you’re unsuitable for the DCSO. At a later date and with the right vacancy, it may well be a fit.

Two of our employees will conduct the interviews. These are usually representatives of the specialist and HR departments as well as managers. After introducing yourself to each other, you will be given the opportunity to talk about yourself and explain your motivation for the job in a relaxed atmosphere. Of course, there will be enough time to answer all your questions.

You know yourself best! It’s about getting a feeling for your skills and interests as well as getting to know you as a person.

In any case, we require a complete resume or your current LinkedIn or XING profile. If more documents are available, such as letters of motivation, certificates or references, these can of course also be sent. For some vacancies, work samples may be helpful, we will request these individually.

Of course, we are recognise excellent achievements, regardless of apprenticeships or studies – but for us, the overall impression is key. For us, ambition and motivation are not only reflected in good grades, but in your entire resume. That’s why we also welcome lateral entrants. However, we ask for your understanding that for some vacancies several years of professional experience are an important prerequisite.
